Salted S’more Truffles
What’s better than a new twist on Thanksgiving treats? … We can’t think of anything. So, let’s just get going! We bet you’ve never had anything like this!
Ingredients:
- 7 oz container marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup chocolate chips (mini ones are easiest, but both are good)
- 1 bag graham crackers
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 small chunk butter, a splash of milk
- Start by crushing your graham crackers into small bits. Then add them to a medium bowl.
- Then add your chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff. You can mix them with a spoon, or your hands. Sometimes it’s a little more fun with your hands, but it gets very sticky; so, if you do use your hands, make sure they are somewhat wet before to prevent sticking.
3. Then form small chunks into balls and place on a cookie sheet. After forming, place the cookie sheet in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
4. While freezing, let’s melt the chocolate.
5. Start by pouring about 1/2 cup of chocolate chips into a pot with a small chunk of butter and a splash of milk. Once melted, pour it into a small bowl.
6. Use a fork to cover your chocolate-marshmallow chunks. Once covered, shake the extra chocolate off and sprinkle some coarse salt on top. Then freeze for another 15 minutes.
Ta-da!
