Moist & Fluffy Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Start by pre-heating you oven to 350 F. Line 2 cupcakes pans with papers.
2. Beat butter and sugar together until creamy and fluffy. Then add in your eggs, extracts, sour cream, and milk. Mix until smooth.
3. Add your dry ingredients into your wet and mix until fluffy and fully combined.
4. Scoop into cupcake tins and bake for 25-30 minutes.
5. Frost with you choice of frosting!
