Favorites, Waffles, Pancakes and French Toast

Grandma’s Crepes

This recipe is probably one of the best and quickest recipes of all time! My grandma has been making this ever since I was born, and I have been eating it ever since and I plan on doing that. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

 

  1. Start by whisking together all your ingredients.

2. Then heat up a medium sized skillet to medium-high with some oil in it. Then pour a little bit of batter into your pan and cook for about 30-45 seconds on each side. It should look like this.

3. Then repeat Step 2 over and over until all your batter has ran out. You should have about 10 or so crepes, but it depends on how big you make them.

Then top with goodies and enjoy!
