Although it’s almost Summer, candied nuts are always a good snack! There’s nothing like popping in a good candied nuts that dissolves in your mouth. Not only are they surprisingly easy, they’re also really tasty!
- 2 cups pecans
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Put all ingredients into a medium non-stick saucepan and cook on medium-low for 5-10 minutes. Continue stirring.
2. Continue stirring until sugar mixture is not runny and pecans brown.
3. Pour onto a silicone lined pan or parchment lined and let cool/harden.
