Peanut Butter Fudge
Today we made one of the yummiest treats you’ve ever had! Being a non-fudge liker, I was first skeptical of how this would turn out, but it’s actually amazing! I have never even tried peanut butter fudge before, but now, I’m a fan. Not only is it super tasty, it’s so easy; definitely a must make for the holidays! Let’s get going!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Start by adding your sugar and milk to a medium pot. Bring to a boil and continue to boil for another 2 1/2 minutes.

2. Then remove from the heat and add in your peanut butter and vanilla extract. Once mixed, pour your fudge into a 9×9 inch pan and flatten. (Note: If your fudge is thin and soupy, pour into the pan and tap out bubbles. If your fudge is thick and paste-like, pour in and smooth out with the bottom of a measuring cup.)

3. Once poured and flattened, place in the freezer for about one hour. Once set, take it out and cut into 5×5 squares = 25 pieces.

Serve and enjoy!
