Christmas Cocoa
“On the 2nd day of Christmas my true love gave to me…” … 2 cups of Christmas Cocoa! We all love the holidays, but what about the moments when you are stuffed with turkey, pie, and so many more goodies? That’s when you need to flush it down with some Christmas Cocoa. Let’s get going!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup milk
3 tbsp chai concentrate (we like to make it feel like the holidays)
1/8 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 shake of ground cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar
1. Start by checking out our favorite Christmas Classics at the bottom. Then mix together all your ingredients in a pot on the stove and cook for 3 minutes on medium. You can pop them in the microwave for about 1 – 1 1/2 minutes.
2. Then once it is done, pour it into your favorite mug and let cool. While it’s cooling, you can make some whip cream, or if you have some then just dollop it on there.
Whip Cream:
- In a cold bowl whisk together, or use a whisk tool from your mixer, to mix together 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 2 tbsp sugar.
3. If you chose to make the whip cream dollop it on you cocoa and then sprinkle some holiday sprinkles on there.
Drink & Enjoy! 🙂
